Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, showroom condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
